PDF Presentation Upload

While there is no requirement that you submit a manuscript or handout to accompany your talk, we will be producing a page on the SPR website through which attendees may log in to obtain presentation materials prior to, during and after the meeting.  This material is specifically requested by attendees every year.

Submission Deadline: Friday, April 10, 2020  

Required Format: Your actual presentation slides, as a PDF document, one slide per page. We understand that your final presentation may change slightly but ask that by April, your material be relatively final. Handouts and reference items may also be submitted. However, please note that multiple files should be combined into one PDF document before uploading your materials; please do not upload multiple documents for one presentation. When constructing your materials, be sure that Protected Health Information (PHI) is not detectable.  For assistance with formatting your materials, click here.

Required File Name: Please use the following naming convention when submitting your file:

Presentation Time (Presenter Last Name) Abbreviated Presentation Title.pdf

Example: 1030 (Smith) Pediatric Radiology.pdf

Upload Instructions: Find your session listed below and upload your PDF file. Be sure to name your file as outlined above.

Registration

ALL faculty are required to register themselves for the meeting.

If you are only attending to deliver your presentation, you are still responsible for paying a one-day registration fee. As this one-day registration option will not be available online, please contact sprmeetings@acr.org for assistance once general registration opens.

Room Rates:
Traditional Single/Double $219 (Rates will increase for triple and quadruple occupancy). The hotel fees are per night and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Phone Reservations: Reserve your room by calling the Hotel directly at 1-800-327-3005. If you call, be sure to state that you are with the SPR Annual Meeting group to receive the group rate.

Cutoff: 

Tuesday, April 7th at 5:00 p.m. ET. Do note that reservations may sell out prior to the cutoff date; therefore, it is recommended that you book your room now. Reservations made after the cutoff date and time will be based on the room availability, and the group rate cannot be confirmed.

Faculty Compensation

The Society greatly values the participation of speakers in its annual conference; however, we are unable to support any expenses related to participation. All speakers are expected to make their own travel arrangements and pay their own expenses, unless alternative arrangements were confirmed through the Society.
