While there is no requirement that you submit a manuscript or handout to accompany your talk, we will be producing a page on the SPR website through which attendees may log in to obtain presentation materials prior to, during and after the meeting. This material is specifically requested by attendees every year.
Submission Deadline: Friday, April 10, 2020
Required Format: Your actual presentation slides, as a PDF document, one slide per page. We understand that your final presentation may change slightly but ask that by April, your material be relatively final. Handouts and reference items may also be submitted. However, please note that multiple files should be combined into one PDF document before uploading your materials; please do not upload multiple documents for one presentation. When constructing your materials, be sure that Protected Health Information (PHI) is not detectable. For assistance with formatting your materials, click here.
Required File Name: Please use the following naming convention when submitting your file:
Presentation Time (Presenter Last Name) Abbreviated Presentation Title.pdf
Example: 1030 (Smith) Pediatric Radiology.pdf
