SPR's Unknown Case

Welcome to the bi-weekly unknown pediatric case page!   Below left is the previous case with answer.  The new case is on the right.  We will be displaying this case as an unknown for the next two weeks, and will be accepting your diagnoses during that time period.  Please submit only one answer per entry.

The answer to each case will be displayed when the new case is posted.   At the end of the year, the individual with the most correct answers will be honored with a prize (fellows and residents will be judged separately from attendings).

If you would like to submit an unknown case for consideration to be displayed in this feature, please e-mail your case with JPG images, a brief patient history, diagnosis, and a brief, one paragraph discussion of the disease entity to spranswers@gmail.com.
